Johnson, Sr. HPER Complex. He is announced as the guest speaker for the Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders lecture series sponsored by the Student Government Association (SGA) and this event is free and open to the public.

There has been controversy surrounding him being speaking at different HBCU's around the country. He has not been invited by the schools but offering his own invitation to speak at the schools to the student body and community. Some of his events at the universities are open to the public and some of private. The one at the Unviersity of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will be treated as serious as when Michelle Obama came back in 2010 to speak at graduation.

Minister Farrakhan has recently addressed capacity crowds on the campuses of Howard University, Jackson State University, Prairie View A&M University, Chicago State University and the University of California, Berkeley. The audiences sat and listened attentively as Minister Farrakhan in his unique way, gave instruction to prepare the minds of the next generation of leaders.
