Our Founder/Creator of D.J's Music Site has announced his new search in attending and pursuing his education somewhere else after a couple of incidents happen last school year at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff including the departure of the Chancellor who was there for 20 years. DJ has interest somewhere else but don't know yet, he has recently visit a school in Chicago, Illinois called East-West University and looking into closer HBCU's near home such as Kentucky State and Lincoln in St. Louis. He will also be looking into Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois and Chicago State University in Chicago, Illinois. He has not fully made his mind on leaving UAPB but he has comment on his departure consideration.

"I feel that something is telling me that it's time to departure after two years. Last year was nothing but hell and I feel that I was back stabbed a lot by not just only people who I called friends but administration as well. I don't think I paid tuition to go thru stress like this. And I never went thru nothing like this in all of my years being in school NOT even back at home. It like I was being treated me like I'm such a bad person and all I did was try to promote UAPB to the top. I am entitle to my opinion even on my Twitter the University doesn't paid for it so they can't control what I can say, they only paid me for the job I did at the dorm as a student. When they start paying Twitter for my account then they can control what I can say. Throughout the year, people try to bring me down and all I tried to do is go to school, help people and be active on campus. I could not even do that. They was audit and had to fired four employee, which I feel was not my problem but the students took it out of portion. I also felt that student don't have voice at that school but yet paying tuition and the dorms are horrible. They were also secretive about everything. So why should I go back, get treated bad for two - three more years and paid tuition. Plus I was put in a major that they just struck me in, even thought I didn't decided of my major as undecided. To mean students are the MAIN priority, alumni are to but they are not attending the school anymore. With no students attending and paying tuition, where would the administer and instructor be today?? with no job right?. It was all about money. So I leaning towards pursuing my education some where else, if I have to go back to UAPB, I go back but I not giving up my energy and time representing the University. They lost all my pride I had for that school. Thank you for letting have a future at your University, I really appreciate because throughout all of bad there were good moments that I probably would had never experience. I also wish UAPB the best endeavors with the new Interim Chancellor and the new administration place in the places for replacement."

D.J also states that It is NOT a bad school at all but it just need a lot and a lot more improvements. So if you are incoming freshmen go for it and strive for the best at UAPB. Graduate and have jobs line up for you for after you graduate. You might like it more then the next people who might not like it at all.

Last school year at UAPB, D.J. was a Student Coordinator at the Harrold Complex Dorm, Administrative Assistant to the SGA Present - Kent J Broughton and a member of the Sunshine Club of the Harrold Complex, which he won Mr. Copeland Hall and particpated in Miss. UAPB Coronation Ball 2012 as Mr. Copeland of the Sunshine Club. This will/would be D.J. third year at UAPB/in college. U of A audit revealed about $736,000 was unaccounted for at one of the campuses dormitories named the Harrold Complex Living and Learning Center. As a result, the audit fired four people in February. One was the Chancellor's Secretary. The Chancellor, Dr. Lawerence A Davis, Jr was also involved with the audit, the administer was also his assistant. Dr Davis decided to resign and retire from his Chancellor position after 20 years on March 21but the resignation didn't take place until May 25 and then Dr. Calvin Johnson came in as Interim Chancellor until July 1st when he will be replace by placement Chancellor. D.J. was fired in April for a tweet that accidentally tweeted by him on the UAPB SGA Twitter account which was immediately deleted when found but was found and reported a non Harrold Complex student worker who was reportedly behind the work area desk and it was argument behind him and D.J. over a election flyer being moved on the bulletin board at the dorm which also included another employee being fired. D.J. is expected to make up his decided in earlier July before the next school year at most HBCU's.
