Chris Brown Accused Of Assault, After Fight Over Parking Space

-- Singer Chris Brown is under investigation Monday after he reportedly assaulted a fellow entertainer over a parking space in West Hollywood, the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department said.

Entertainment website TMZ.com alleges the victim was 25-year-old singer Frank Ocean.

After the reports came threw, Ocean's later tweeted:

Deputies responded to a call at 7:48p.m. Sunday about six males fighting outside of Westlake Recording Studios, located at 7265, Santa Monica Boulevard, officials said.
"Upon their arrival, deputies talked to witnesses who stated that Chris Brown and the Victim were involved in an altercation over a parking space," Sgt. Valentine said in a news release.
The victim told authorities that Brown punched him during the altercation. Brown's entourage left the scene prior to the arrival of the authorities, Sgt. Valentine said.
The fight is under investigation and detectives "will contact Chris Brown at a later time," Sgt. Valentine said.
Brown pleaded guilty in June 2009 to assaulting his girlfriend Rihanna after a pre-Grammy Awards party in February of that year.
