CHICAGO - It's Gospel weekend across Chicago this weekend. The Chicago Gospel Festival runs from June 20-23 in Bronzeville and downtown.

The birthplace of gospel music, Bronzeville will have two stages at Ellis Park at 37th and Cottage Grove on June 22 and 23. The opening night performance will be held at Millennium Park.

All the performances are free to the public and you can get more info: cityofchicago.org.

This year fest will feature performances from Joshua Troop, Kierra Sheard, Chicago's Mass Choir, Vickie Winans, Tamela Mann, Smokie Norful, Bishop Hezekiah Walker & Donald Lawrence. Last year, Mary Mary was the headlining act on the last day of the fest.
