Just weeks after she perform in Chicago for the B96 Radio Pepsi Summerbash, Demi Lovato travels to New York to rock out Central Park on Friday for Good Morning America's Summer Concert Series.

Lovato, who just lost her biological father show how tough she can hold back her tears. The 20-year-old entertainer performed "Heart Attack," and her new single "Made In The USA," and her smashing hit "Give Your Heart A Break."

"I'm proud to be an American, and I'm really proud of my country and how far we've come," Demi said about "Made in the USA" during her interview.
