'X' is finally coming!

Even though, Chris Brown has said a lot of things, talking about a country album could be in his future. He also said he will be retiring from all social media. Months later, he proclaimed that his next album will be his last.

Brown took to Twitter late Monday night (Sept. 30) to announce that his album will be released in sometime November.  Do you really think if this will be Brown's last album?
