What a start and a welcome to Vegas Residency for Britney Spears as she as already had a wardrobe malfunction.

Spears has just begun a two-year Las Vegas residency with her "Piece of Me" show at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The opening night was attended by many stars which included Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, and Mario Lopez. Spears was recently criticized for lip-syncing during performances, but many reviewers say that the show is still a success.

Spears was performing 'Circus' on her second night in Planet Hollywood with the zipper on the back of her dress opened up. exposing her entire back.

The embarrassing moment was captured on video by one inspired fan and put on Instagram.

But the fierce "It's Britney B---h" that we all know her to be, the songstress quickly recovered from it. In fact, despite the mishap, Spears continued with her routine until one of hr backup dancers noticed the problem and was able to rush and zip her back up. Or at tried to, without any interruptions.

We glad it was fixed and was not worse then what it was. Casino executives say the residency may be extended past its two-year slot if it is successful.
