According to sources, the rapper Drake is rescheduling some dates of his North American Tour, Would You Like A Tour?.

His reps say via an press release; "due to an intense rehearsal schedule and technical production requirements that will be part of the show."

The 39-city arena tour will be reschedule to now kick off on October 18 in Pittsburgh, PA. Stops in Saskatoon, Winnipeg and Cleveland have been canceled due to the rescheduling. Refunds for the cancelled dates are available. And for the reschedule dates, all tickets purchased will be honored to those shows.

Before embarking on the tour, alongside Miguel and Future, Drake will performed at the iHeartRadio Music Festival yesterday (Saturday, Sept. 21) in Vegas, and performed on "The Ellen Degeneres Show" on Friday (Sept. 20) and be a guest on "Cheslea Lately" tomorrow (Monday, Sept. 23).

Then on Tuesday (Sept. 24), is the day his album, 'Nothing Was the Same', hits stores and iTunes, Drake will make an in-store appearance at an NYC Best Buy at 622 Broadway.

CHICAGO, IL - TOMORROW, Chicago's B96 Radio (96.3) will announced their annual Jingle Bash line-up at 5PM, LIVE on the radio. The Jingle Bash return to the scene around 2007/2008 as I can remember and has been going since at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL on Saturday, December 14th.

Last year Bash had a line-up of Afrojack, Austin Mahone, Carly Rae Jepsen, Pitbull, Justin Bieber, Cody Simpson and more.

The tour kicks off November 30 in St. Paul MN, and runs through the winter, and there has not been yet announced an special guest, but we best to believe there will be plenty to be announced. Hopefully, right?

After all the rumors  saying that the *NSYNC reunion wasn't true.

The rumors was actually true! I couldn't believe my eyes, I thought I was actually jamming to Justin Timberlake but in the middle of the performance, *NSYNC really did indeed reunite for the VMAs this past Sunday.

The performance was only 30 seconds, but how tired they were other than Justin, I think that was all they could handle knowing that they haven't perform in a while.

Timberlake also thanked them when he won the Video Vanguard award and said he couldn't have done it without *NSYNC

They only were on for about 30 seconds, but we think thats all they could handle.

Let's flashback in some news this week. The crew at D.J's Music Site apologize for a weeks absence, we are back now.

In this past week, we learned that the married couple duo of Beyonce & Jay Z has purchased the old Regal Theatre in Chicago on 79th street in Chicago. Th theatre was home to many different events on the south side including Tyler Perry's Madea plays.

Guess how much they paid for it? Only $250,000.

The theatre been closed for over a year now and after being restored with City TIFF funds. They have a plan to restore and bring entertainment back to the 2,500 seat venue on Chicago's south side.

The former owners of the New Regal Theatre closed it on 2003 because it was a money pit. It was purchased in 2008 and did hold a party to celebrate Barack Obama's presidential nomination acceptance speech in August 2008.

Excited about The Backstreet Boys doing another tour? Well, this past Saturday they kicked off their North American Tour in Chicago at the FirstMerit Bank Pavilion formerly Charter One Pavilion at Northerly Island. Due to a production mishave the concert was cut short because of a strict 11 p.m. curfew set by the city.

Tons of The Backstreet Boys fans were upset after the big concert was cut short this weekend. They begged and pleaded for authorities to let them continue but their request didn't work.

One of the band members can be heard yelling "I'm not leaving, I'm doing one more!" as the men pace the stage trying to figure out the situation. With almost 10 minutes of banter and asides to the audience, the group could have probably fit a brief a capella number in the time it took for things to get sorted out. Ultimately, things get especially nasty when AJ McLean's mic gets cut (around 5:52). Watch below.

FirstMerit Band Pavilion released this statement via their Facebook page blaming the time crunch on the band's elaborate setup saying they started late and thus didn't have enough to finish:

Last night, the Backstreet Boys opened their North American Tour to a sold out crowd at FirstMerit Bank Pavilion on Northerly Island in Chicago, IL.

As has always been the case, the Backstreet Boys production is unlike anything else on the road. Getting this new, state of the art show ready, however, caused the doors to be delayed and the beginning of the show to be pushed back. FirstMerit Bank Pavilion has a strict curfew of 11:00 PM. Given the artist was running behind on setting their production up, the show had to end before the set could be finished.

There were erroneous reports of the Chicago Police shutting the show down. The venue on Northerly Island is bound to an ordinance that requires all performances to conclude prior to 11:00 pm. Venue management worked with the artist to complete their show within the allotted time and, when the show exceeded the curfew, the artist was asked to conclude the show.

The Backstreet Boys tour continued this evening in St. Louis and, at this time, there is not word of a return date.

It has been announced today that The Backstreet Boys will be returning to Chicago to make UP their concert that was cut short and the information on the new show is expected to be announced in the coming months.

The band's promoter now says the group is planning a special concert for their next trip to Chicago. Fans who brought tickets to last Friday's concert will be able to take part in a discounted pre-sale for the new concert.

The group also plans to produce ten music videos from its album Songs for a Healthier America. They will have titles like U R What You Eat and Veggie Luv.

Ebony released a preview of their upcoming September issues (which you see on the right), which features four separate images dedicated to the memory of Trayvon Martin and examines Florida's Stand Your Ground Laws, which started the racist trolls to come out. Due them attacking Ebony Magazine via their twitter, Ebony mag came back with this tweet:

According to source and the magazine, they have been inundated by individuals expressing their displeasure with the magazine cover because they've chosen to "Take Trayvon Martin's side."

White the evocative cover was meant to stir up conversation, as you can tell they did an discussion via their Twitter today, some whites have mentioned boycotting Ebony magazine.

D.J's Music Site don't agreed because what happens if blacks decided to boycott and stop buying/wearing clothes from some of the whites stores that we shop at such as Hollister, Aeropostale, Topshop, H&M, Forever 21, and on and on?

As you know Ebony is a publication owned by African Americans and produced for Black folks. Is they any whites who actually look at or brought an Ebony brand magazine? or Is they just made because this issue need to come to justice and just give Zimmerman his time for killing someone. It just like if we twist it and the Trayvon was Zimmerman, and Zimmerman was Trayvon, the jury would had found Trayvon guilty.

Find out when you join J. Cole and Wale on the tour. J. Cole announced yesterday (July 29) that he and Wale are hitting the road for the 'What Dreams May Come' Tour. He took to Twitter to share the graphics announcing the dates of the tour.

Cole's rep confirmed the joint venture and shared that the tour will make stops at theaters throughout North America this fall, beginning on September 10 at the James L. Knight Center in Miami, FL and concluding on October 30 at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle, WA.

J.Cole's Dreamville Foundation is the charitable partner for the tour, with a portion from every concert ticket sold going to the organization. The Dreamville Foundation's mission is to "reveal to youth their limitless potential through life-altering experiences."

"It's going to be a wide ride," shared J.Cole in an official press release for the tour. Tickets go on sale this Friday (August 2nd) at 10a.m. Cole is also set to play Rock The Bells in San Bernardino, CA on September 8.

Did you hear about a list of American Urban Radio states that two dozen artists are joining Stevie Wonder's boycott to not perform in the state of Florida?

Well, according to the Chicago Tribune, "representatives of Madonna, Jay Z and Justin Timberlake, who were supposedly on the list, state that they are not joining the boycott."

According to an Florida source affiliated with the "Legends of the Summer" tour who says the Justin Timberlake and Jay Z concert planned for August 16 at Sun Life stadium will go on

Participation from the other singers that are claimed to be in the boycott such as Kanye West, the Rolling Stones, Usher and others have not been confirmed.

BUT MSN, the Huffington Post and the Wrap, claimed Rod Stewart, Usher and Rihanna were also boycotting the state.
