Selena Gomez has  announce this past Friday that she is going to be a big sister and not she is pregnant by Justin Bieber. Selena couldn't wait to tweet on Friday this:

"Momma and Brain letting me share the news... My mommys carrying my baby brother or girl :) I'm the happiest in the world!"
