Yesterday the R&B/Soul world lost a great legend by the name of Etta James. Etta James was 73. She was diagnosed with leukemia in early 2011 and the illness worsen and was announce almost dead by her Doctor in December 2011. By in 2008, when she was hospitalized it was announced that she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. She pass away early yesterday morning started by her longtime friend and manager, Lupe De Leon. She had her husband and sons by her side at the Riveside Hospital in California from complications from Leukemia. She would had been 74 on Wednesday.
