The band Coldplay has announced this week that they will be giving away tickets to see them perform live on American Idol on May 3 in Los Angeles. Fans should go to their website to register for a chance to win but make sure you do sure before Monday, April 30th.

Coldplay is currently on an U.S. tour will begins which North American first leg runs from April 17th - May 4th which they will be in California for a week starting tonight in San Jose prior to their American Idol stop. then the second leg starts back up on June 22nd - August 11th.
