This past Saturday, D.J's Music Site participated in Chicago's 9th Ward bike ride hosted by the Ward Alderman Anthony Beale & The Bicycle Ambassadors. The bike ride was at 10AM at Wolf Lake Park where our Founder D.J. and his father (picture on the right) participated in  two rides, one was 4 miles and the second one was about 6 miles following the bike ride was a chill out and panic where they had food for everyone who participated.

This year's bike ride was renamed to the Wilk's Annual 9th Ward Bike Ride and the reason it was renamed to the Wilk's Annual 9th Ward Bike Ride because Mr. Wilk's was the one who inspirited Alderman Beale to start the Annual Ward bike ride and passed away in February so the Alderman stated that he renamed the bike ride in his honor.

One time I was driving home and I saw his man tirelessly on his bike and I stop and ask him where are you going, you look tired and He responded I just rode my bike from the 9th Ward to Evanston and back and that what me inspirited to start this bike ride every year - Alderman Beale.
