JACKSON, MS.  - If you didn't know, this past week was National HBCU Media Week hosted at Jackson State University, to believe to be hosted by HBCU Digest. The great event runs from June 27-29 and during the event is hosted an annual HBCU Awards honoring HBCUs around the national and the different  programs, organizations and even the alumni and students.

The question we at D.J's Music Site wants to know; whose the BEST HBCU of the year??? Well we have your answers. We have the results from the awards and we going to post the winners below. This was the third HBCU awards to be held.

D.J's Music Site's Senior Editor DJ Jr, college the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff was nominated for three awards. Best Student Government Association, Male Coach of the Year and Team of the Year. They end of falling short to the HBCUs they were nominated against.
