Ciara is BACK! She turns her 'Body Party' into an dance party as Nicki Minaj teams up with the R&B singer in the new video for the single "I'm Out." The video premiere today during the 2013 BET Awards red carpet event. The visual follows the theme of the song on point as the girls hit the dance floor and forget about all their relationship troubles.
