I am Cherokee Carroll, a Senior Psychology major at North Carolina A&T State University. I Love my HBCU!!! I am on a full academic scholarship and I am active on campus and in the community. I look forward to walking with the December 2015 class. After graduating, I intend to enroll at Howard University and earn my Physicians Assistant degree and specialize in Pediatric Oncology. I chose to attend North Carolina A&T State University because of the alumni. There is an unconditional love and comradery, between the current students and alumni, it is infectious. Everyone is considered family and there is an Aggie literally, everywhere you go; no matter if you are at game on campus or at the grocery store in your hometown, you are sure to see a blue and gold bulldog somewhere. My favorite experience at A&T have been professional and academic. It makes me proud to say that I am an educated, Black women. I have grown so much during my time at North Carolina A&T and I would not have it any other way.
We wish Miss Carroll the best of luck in her future endeavors!
