 Maroon 5 isn't playing games... Bet you won't wait for them "One More Night," as they have signed unto Interscope Records and now the band will release their first album on the label this September. V, The Band's fifth studio album, will be out on September 2 and will feature a lead single which will be out this summer. A new album has always been in the conversation for a while; since last April, prior to a summer tour with Kelly Clarkson, potential new music was teased. The album also marks the reunion with keyboardist Jesse Carmichael, who went on a hiatus from the band before Overexposed. And additionally, a worldwide tour, part of a deal with Live Nation, will be revealed in the coming weeks. Could V finally make an mark of return to the summit of the Billboard 200 for the band? Their last two albums, Overexposed and Hands All Over, only hit No. 2, making 2007's It Won't Be Soon Before Long the last chart-topper for the band in the U.S. |

 Despite the drama between Solange, Jay Z & Beyoncé that happen in an elevator and made the TOP of the entertainment news this week. The hottest superstar couple have release a trailer for their upcoming "On The Run" tour. The minimovie is to promote the 16-city "On The Run" tour which will mark he first time the singer and her rapper husband have had an joint tour together. Jay and Bey race around the city. In this video, you see robbing banks, shooting gums, taking names, the duo is forced to go 'On The Run' when they get into trouble with the likes of Diaz, Rossum (who shoots at Beyoncé in one scene) and Cheadle, among others. One scene shows the couple emerging from an elevator wearing masks which coincidence from the release news just happen between Solange and Jay Z on the elevator. According to source, an statement has since been released which says, "We love each other and above all we are family. We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same."  We know the Mahonies are excited about Austin Mahone's new EP that will be released towards the end of the month. But we also know the Mahonies are jamming to his new down-tempo love song he recently released, "All I Ever Need." Yeah we know you are still on "Mmm Yeah," where he just performed on the Radio Disney Awards and "Till I Find You" or "Banga! Banga!." This is it like Michael Jackson!The magazine, which was founded in 1951, is joining an ever-lengthening list of dying print publications. Johnson Publishing announced on May 7th that Jet will transition to a digital magazine app at the end of June. Jet has the third-largest circulation in the African-American magazine market with 700,000, behind Ebony and Essence. "Almost 63 years ago, my father, John Johnson, named the publication Jet because, as he said in the first issue, 'In the world today, everything is moving faster. There is more news and far less time to read it,'" said Linda Johnson Rice, Chairman of JPC, in a release. "He could not have spoken more relevant words today. We are not saying goodbye to Jet, we are embracing the future as my father did in 1951 and taking it to the next level." Jet's online content will feature entertainment news along with politics, pop culture and social issues that affect African Americans today. |

"The Voice" have to search for an new judge to fill another coaches chair. After CeeLo Green announced his departure from the show and Christina Aguilera dubbed Gwen Stefani her replacement for next season, another coach is stepping away from the televised singing competition. Shakira, who had previously alternated seasons with Aguilera, said she won't be returning to the show anytime soon. "This was always a temporary thing for me to do," the singer told reporters this week. "For now, no, I don't have any plans of coming back."The pop singer busy schedule is to blame for her early exit. After recently having a bay and dropping her 10th studio album in March, the artist admitted she just don't have time to continue her role in the competition as an coach. "Honestly, I've had a blast," Shakira said. "But right now, I have to go on with my life as an artist. I'm not really a TV celebrity and I have to prep a tour and also do other stuff, like being a mother." We'll all miss her fiery personality and hilarious back-and-forths with the other coaches Usher, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. And they say the couple who slay together, stay together right?? And this powerful couple; Beyoncé and Jay Z are "On The Run" to literally run this years BET Awards. The duo is nominated for total of six awards, with four each under their belt and the duo is even nominated together for best collaboration and video of the year for "Drunk in Love." Beyoncé will face off against herself for that video of the year nomination, as her "Partition" video is also up in the category. Her final of the four nominations is for best female R&B/pop artist. Jay Z himself is also squaring off against himself in best collaboration, where his track "Holy Grail" with Justin Timberlake from his Magna Carta.... Holy Grail album is in the running. He is also nominated for best male hip-hop artist. Other artists who are nominated are Pharrell, Drake, Chris Brown and August Aslina follow the dynamic duo with three nominations each. As the attack between Jay Z and Solange fur the top of the social media news since it happened. There are tons of different stories about the brawl between Jay Z and Solange. On Monday, TMZ released an video Solange (Beyoncé younger sister) attacking Jay Z in an elevator. According to about.com, the whole incident began after Solange's friends were not granted access into the party at "The Standard's Boom Boom Room." Two of her friends, who were underdressed, we're refused entrance and began to cause a huge scene downstairs. The two friends kept dropping Jay Z's name and pretending to be his guests and not Solange's. The manager told Beyonce's bodyguard and word got back to Jay Z. He was furious about them using his name. Jay Z snapped at Solange causing her to leave the party. Jay Z was on his way to Rihanna's party at Up&Down. Solange, who seemed "angry and drunk" asked, "Why can't you go home?" "Why does your husband need to go to the club right now?" Jay Z replied with: "You're one to talk," which apparently set Solange off. Once they all got into the elevator, Solange let Jay Z have it while Beyoncé watched. Jay Z allegedly did not attend Rihanna's party. |

Lily Allen Announces Sheezus North American Tour Dates

 Lilly Allen is back and she's on her way for America and parts of Canada this fall. The pop singer announced that she will tour North America from September to October, making it her first tour of the area in five year. She'll goo out and make the rounds in support of her latest album, Sheezus. Despite the September and October dates being her first actual tour of North America in a few years, Allen has been in the U.S. quite often lately around the album's release, showing up at the Met Ball in Chanel and with appearances scheduled this week for the Today show, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and appearance next week on Live with Kelly and Michael and a taping of PBS's the Artist Den to air later this summer. Allen will also put on a small showcase performance in NYC this week at the Highline Ballroom on May 15. Allen managed to get an Instagram show with Yeezus, a.k.a Kanye West, at the Met Ball. She told Cosmopolitan about her relationship with the rapper, whose album name she made her own, saying, "I respect him for many different reasons, not just his music but also as a personality. What makes him Yeezus to me is that he is always open, honest, true to his word, and doesn't give me a hmm-mmm what anybody thinks. If that makes him Yeezus, then I sure as hell will be Sheezus." The former Destiny's Child singer quietly got married to her manager and long time boyfriend Tim Witherspoon over the weekend, sources confirmed. The 33-year old's big day took place on May 9th in Costa Rica, with Beyonce and sister Solange by her side among the guests. US Magazine broke the story, quoting an unnamed source who described the event as "a quick, simple ceremony -- only around 30 people."On that same day, Beyonce shared a snap on Instagram in what appeared to be a bridesmaids dress and the simple caption: "Good morning." Rowland was previously engaged to football player Roy Williams before they ended their relationship in January 2005, two months before their planned wedding. Rowland is ready to get busy after almost a year of the release of her album, "Talk A Good Game," she's back in the studio working on her follow-up LP, Billboard.com reported. Pharrell Williams is among the collaborators committed to work on what will be her fifth album. "I'm at the very very beginning stages of the record. We're at the point now where we are all talking - writers [and] producers - we're all excited. There are fresh ideas coming into the studio right now. We're trying different beats," Kelly Rowland told Billboard. "It's a really great start." |

It has been announced that Nicki Minaj will be performing at the Roots' Annual 4th of July Jam this year. The rapper-singer will perform on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia on Independence Day for the free event. Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter announced Monday at the news conference that Ed Sheeran, Jennifer Hudson and rising stars Ariana Grande and Aloe Blacc will also perform. The Roots will work as the house band for their annual jam concert, which was previously featured Earth, Wind & Fire, John Mayer and Jill Scott. The 4th of July Jam will air live on VH1 and Palladia and will be stream on VH1.com. The Roots are expected to release a new album, "And Then You Shoot Your Cousin," on May 19th. |

On May 5, both Williams and Stefani will take The Voice stage to perform. Stefani's last album was No Doubt's 2012 reunion album, Push and Shove, which was her first full length since her 2006 solo album The Sweet Escape.
