---  After being blast on social media for being apart of the Destiny's Child reunion of Beyonce Super Bowl half time performances, Michelle Williams says she's happy with her performance during the Destiny's Child reunion.

Michelle Williams says that despite the big stage, she was just happy to reunite with Beyonce and Kelly Rowland.

In a interview with Billboard.com, Michelle Williams talks about the performance "Oh, the Super Bowl was beautiful," Williams tells Billboard, adding that preparations for the segment -- during which the trio sang a bit of "Bootylicious," "Independent Woman," and  Beyonce's "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)" was marked by horsing around that drove the choreographer and creative director crazy.

"When three good girlfriends are together, you're free and you don't care who's around; you're just trying to catch up and be goofy. I had a blast people at home watching... they don't catch the moment where, like in the Charlie's Angels' pose, I was smiling. We were all smiling. I was laughing with my girls. I don't care what anybody else says. I don't let it get me down. It was an beautiful thing."

During the performance, Williams was criticize for her dance moves, being off beat and mostly for the low volune in her microphone. Williams was blasted by singer Keyshia Cole on Twitter. The singer tweeted this:

But leading up to Beyonce Super Bowl performance, Williams stated in interviews that she claimed Destiny's Child would not be performing. Williams also acknowledges that during the Billboard interview also. "I was just trying to protect the integrity of Beyonce show," she explains. "She really wanted it to be a surprise. Had I not had to promote 'Fela!; I would not have to answer those questions. So when people said, 'Hey Michelle, is it going to happen?' I wasn't going to say 'yes.' It wasn't my show. (Beyonce) didn't want anybody to know.

"We had to hurry up and get it done, but it was fun," says Williams, who co-wrote the Pharrell Williams - produced track. "Layering our vocals on top of each other again, we were like, 'Oh my God.... !' Beyonce was like, 'Man, we sound good together,' and i was like, 'Du-uh !' That's what we do."

Williams is not back to her normal-busy life. She'll be heading on the road with "Fela!," portraying his lover and fellow activist Sandra Isadore, who helped Williams prepare for the role, until june and possibly for some subsequent international dates. Willams is also planning to release her fourth solo album (the first since 2008), the year, which Williams says is "about 80 percent done," produced primarily by Harmony Samuels.

-- Singer Chris Brown is under investigation Monday after he reportedly assaulted a fellow entertainer over a parking space in West Hollywood, the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department said.

Entertainment website TMZ.com alleges the victim was 25-year-old singer Frank Ocean.

Keys is taking her latest album on the road for a 24-City North America Tour and taking along GRAMMY nominee Miguel as her opener. Making stops in Florida, California, Massachusetts and ending in Chicago.

Miguel will be touring in support of his latest Kaleidoscope Dream release, which has earned him five GRAMMY nominations including song of the year for his latest hit single, "Adorn."

With the support of critcially - acclaimed album and breakout artist by her side, Keys can hardly wait to bring the show to fans accross the nation.

"I can feel the energy of his upcoming year building and I couldn't be more excited to go on tour with the new album and I'm thrilled to have the insanely talented Miguel join me," Alicia said in a statement. --- Some of us have been looking forward to this for a long time coming. With everyone awaiting news about Beyonce's new solo album, the singer surprised fans by Destiny's Child would be back with new music by the end of the month.

Beyonce took the announcement to her official website and Tumblr with just one sentence, in all CAPs: "I AM PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE FIRST ORIGINAL DESTINY'S CHILD MUSIC IN EIGHT YEARS!"

Destiny's Child newest album, Love Songs, is due out January 29th, and is a compilation of some of the trio's, Bey, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams - most romantic melodies recorded between 1997 and 2004.

The 14-track album features songs from all four of the group's albums including "Cater 2 U," "Temptation" and their cover of "Emotion" by the Bee Gees.

The records, their first since 2004's Destiny's Fulfilled and in 2005, #1's their Greatest Hits album, will also feature one new song, "Nuclear," produced by Pharrell Williams.

Six months ago, Knowles dad, Matthew Knowles, teased that the girls unreleased material would see the light of day on two albums. No word yet if there's another album by Destiny's Child on the way.

It is also announced that Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams will join Beyonce for an reunion during her performance at the Superbowl Halftime Show.

Kansas City -- According to source, it's has been reported that a player from the Kansas City Chiefs NFL team has shot and killed his girlfriend before killing himself  at the team facility early Saturday, according to police and the Kansas City Chief officials.

The Kansas City Star, citing police, identified the player as 25-year-old linebacker Jovan Belcher. FOXSports.com's Alex Marvez reports that a cheifs source has also confirmed Belcher as the player.

The suicide took place at Arrowhead Stadium, where the Chiefs play, and the player shot himself in front of a couple of coaches, according to police. The Kansas City Star said the player was 25 years old.

According to sources, the stadium was cordoned off as players started arriving and police told them one of their teammates had shot himself.

The Chiefs are scheduled to host the Caroloina Panthers on Sunday. The NFL has told the Carolina Panthers to continye to travel to Kanasas City as planned to play the game.

The Chiefs released a statement this morning via their website, that read: We can confirm that there was an incident at Arrowhead earlier this morning. We are cooperating with authorities in their investigation.

The two lovebirds Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo are looking to bring their fans move then just a love scene but soon some new music.

The two told The Hollywood Reporter that they're both working on new albums that will be out early next year, which means they may be completing on the charts.

"You're going to win, don't worry," Jordin reassured her beau.

But he kindly refuted her statement saying he was planning to buy a million of her albums. "First week," he added.

Both of the young stars, who have been dating for a year are recording their albums, but will fans get to hear the two duet?

"We've recorded a couple of songs together," Jordin admitted. "But we're still deciding who gets which one on each album."

According to Jason though, if it's anything like picking out his outfits for an awards show, the answer of who will get what is pretty obvious.

"It will be her decision," Jason joked.

"Shine Bright Like a Diamond." Diamonds is Rihanna's first single off her forthcoming album Unapologetic. It's an different sound then we're used to from the Barbadian singer, she said she wanted fans to feel the right emotion though the song.

"It was just the perfect first single, it was a very powerful record," she told MTV News. "It was hopeful. It was also different from what people are used to hearing for me, I guess what they would expect as a first single."

Rihanna said it was important to transfer the song adequately into a music video for the Sia-penned track.

"With 'Diamonds' it was just a series of vignettes that we put together to help get the emotion across though out the song because the song changes and it builds," she said. "You just want people to feel it. I wanted little cutaways of interactions that would give you the right emotion."

The video sees Rihanna battling the elements - earth, water and fire. As she sings her opening lyrics we see her pulling away from a tattooed man. Perhaps a reference to Chris Brown, the viewer can't be too sure.

"Find light in the beautiful sea/I chose to be happy/ You and I we're like diamonds in the sky/ You're a shooting star I see/ A vision of ecstasy/ When you hold me I'm alive," she sings.

Rihanna is soon found running away from the destruction that follows her. Left in a sea of darkness she is only guided by "diamonds in the sky."

Rihanna says the song mirrors many of the tracks on her upcoming release.

"That's the whole theme throughout the album. Every song is it's own story. Every song is special and it means something. It's very emotional at times but it's a quite mellow album compared to my previous albums."

-- The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Golden Lions took the victory against Texas Southern (TXSO), this past Saturday, 49-3. With that win, the Golden Lions clinched the Western Division and roar their way to the SWAC Championship game on Dec. 8 in Birmingham, AL.

Right before Texas Southern, head coach Monte Coleman coach the team to their first shut out in four years during their homecoming game vs Mississippi Valley State, 10-0. The win moved  the Golden Lions 6-2 overall and 5-1 conference play.

The Golden Lions travel this weekend to face the Grambing State Tigers before coming home for their last home game against Prairie View A&M University on the 17th.

-- The Rock/Pop band No Doubt found them self in some trouble over their new video last week. The band posted the video then quickly removed the music video for their new single, "Looking Hot," after viewers complained that the video was offensive to Native Americans.

The clip, which showed Gwen Stefani dressed in Pocahontas like fringe outfits (above) and feathered head pieces, was posted on Friday on No Doubt's YouTube Channel. The band deleted the chip after comments bombarded the site with criticism, saying the video's interpretation of the Wild West theme was offensive.

The video also portrayed band members Tom Dumont and Adrian Young as cowboys in a saloon. Stefani rides a horse in the video through the desert and sings in a teepee.

No Doubt posted an apology for the video on Saturday on their website, writing that the multi-racial band didn't mean to disrespect the Native American culture.

"As a multi-racial band our foundation is built upon both diversity and consideration for other cultures. Our intention with our new video was never to offend, hurt or trivialize Native American people, their culture or their history.  Although we consulted with Native American friends and Native American studies experts at the University of California, we realize now that we have offended people.  This is of great concern to us and we are removing the video immediately.  The music that inspired us when we started the band, and the community of friends, family, and fans that surrounds us was built upon respect, unity and inclusiveness.  We sincerely apologize to the Native American community and anyone else offended by this video.  Being hurtful to anyone is simply not who we are. - No Doubt"

No Doubt posted the apology to their Official Twitter account as well as Young and Dumont to their personal accounts.

There were fans that didn't saw the video as racist. "Concentrate on real issues instead of attacking a band that never shown any racism or hate," one wrote.

October 2012 Pick Edition: The Southern University and A&M College. Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Southern University and A&M College is a historically black college located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Baton Rouge campus is located on Scott's Bluff over looking the Mississippi River in the Northern Section of Baton Rouge. The campus encompasses 512 acres, with an agricultural station on an additional 372 acres site, located five miles north of the main campus. The University is a member school of the Thurgood Marshall College was put forth by P.B.S. Pinchback, T.T. Allain, Henry Demas, and as an Institution " for the education of persons of color" at the 1879 Louisiana State Constitutional Convention. In April 1880, the Louisiana General Assembly chartered Southern University, originally located in New Orleans. Southern opened its doors on March 7, 1881 with twelve students. One of the original locations of the early campus was the former Israel Sinai Temple on Calliope Street, between St. Charles and Camp Streets in New Orleans.

Southern became a land grant school in 1890, and an Agricultural and Mechanical department was established. The new president and first president of what is now known as Southern University at Baton Rouge was Dr. Joseph Samuel Clark. Clark, an outstanding citizen in the Baton Rouge African American Community, presided over Baton Rouge College and the Louisiana Colored Teachers Association. The Student enrollment grew from forty-seven students to 500 students and many of the school's early buildings were built during the time. Clark president until his retirement in 1938, at which time the position was given to his son, Dr. Felton Grandison Clark, a renowned speaker and gentlemen. Under his tenure, the university underwent tremendous growth. The student enrollment grew from 500 to nearly 10,000 students. The University was one of the first historically black colleges to receive a visit from a first day, Eleanor Roosevelt, in 1943. Also during Clark's tenure, Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO) (1956) and Southern University at Shreveport/Bossier City (SUSLA) (1964) was founded. They were later incorporated into the Southern University System in 1974.

In 1974, in the Louisiana Legislature established the Southern University System, with Jesse N. Stone of Shreveport as it president. The Southern University System, consist of Southern University and A&M College, Baton Rouge (SUBR); Southern University, New Orleans (SUNO); Southern University Law Center; Southern University Agricultural Center; and Southern University Shreveport (SUSLA is a two year, commuter college). Lake Kernan flows through the center of the campus and the Mississippi River forms its western boundary. Southern University main campus offers bachelors in 44 areas, 24 master's and 6 doctoral and one associate degree. All Southern University programs are accredited and also monitored by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).

As home of the columbia blue and gold, the Southern Jaguars and the Lady Jaguars represent the University in NCAA intercollegiate athletics. Southern's sports teams participate in Division | in the SWAC (Southwestern Athletic Conference). Southern University and it's northern Louisianna rival, Grambling State University, annually participate in the Bayou Classic on the Saturday following Thanksgiving Day in New Orleans.

The Southern University marching band, nickname the Human Jukebox, has been featured in television commercials, and invited to participated in the annual Rose Parade in Pasadena, California, Presidential Inauguration ceremonies and several Super Bowl halftime presentation. For many years, the band was one of the few in the U.S. that had no female members but has changed in recent years; currently there are over 20 female members.

SO did you think BET's "106 & Park" was REALLY over???????

The popular countdown program during the evening, BET's  "106 & Park will not be ending its twelve year run after all. Rumors spur began with a now-deleted message from the show's Twitter account. Yesterday, "106 & Park's" Twitter account reportedly posted that on September 28th, 2012 that would be the last episode of the popular countdown program. After a short time the tweet was deleted, but not before it was seen by many which sparked rumors that the show will be done after the host Terrence J and Rocsi left.

BET's "106 & Park" is currently doing a search for their new host's to replace the current long-time host's Terrence J and Rocsi as they announced their departure in May and will leave at the end of September and moving on to bigger careers. Terrence J has been confirmed to replace Ryan Seacreat as E! Entertainment News Anchor.

Tweets from frantic fans reached all the way to Stephen Hill, who is BET's President of Music Programming. Later after the tweet about the popular countdown program going off the air, the "106 & Park" Twitter account (@106andpark) tweeted once again, this time officially putting rumors to rest, stating that the show would return October 1st with new hosts.  The show been planning to give Terrance J and Rocsi a proper farewell, and start fresh with their new host.
